Well, I hate to be a wet blanket . . .

but in entry No. 1 the skater would be standing on an image of the U.S. Flag, and in entry No. 3 on an image of the Blessed Sacrament . . .

So I guess I would vote for No. 2.

Don't the designs go in the bottom part of the skateboard, that is, where the wheels are attached? If that's the case, the skater wouldn't be standing on anything. My vote, by the way, went to number 1.
