And you're absolutely right, Thomas. In challenging the dogmas of the Church, they're denying the dogmas. And that means they're not in communion with the Church. And like you said, they don't even understand this.
I would love for these men to really come back to the Church, for them to really respect Jesus in the Eucharist, for them to really be Catholic.
Indeed, how much longer? It boggles my mind as to how this parish is still open, not only because of the blatant heterodoxy but also due to the demographics. This parish only has about 400 people attending Mass each weekend? In most urban dioceses, a parish this small would have already been merged with a larger nearby parish. From a resource standpoint, keeping open such a tiny parish makes no sense.
Some would say it is best to keep all of the extremists in one place, which, I suppose would make sense if you had a couple thousand families like St. Joan of Arc in Minneapolis. But with 400 folks, why not just let them spread out elsewhere to minimize their impact?
I say the good Archbishop should close the parish and re-establish it as some kind of shrine or personal parish entrusted to FSSP, ICK, the Legionairies or Opus Dei.

Seriously, just an F.Y.I. note: The Sisters of Perpetural Indulgence were named to the Papal List of Heretics way back in 1987 (!). Not an easy thing to accomplish, God bless 'em.
So I'm not sure there's much more the Church could do towards condemning them.
Hasn't the Vatican got something more important to worry about?
