The UAE is very important. The people that oppose the views of IRan are far more than the crowd that showed there. Also remember we have a military presence there. Iran doesn't.

Dubai IS very secular. The crowd that may have turned up for Ahmadinejad's tirade is likely made of the uneducated who watch only Islamist propaganda on television. Most young Arabs I know don't care about Ahmadinejad's Crusade and the several Iranians I know want his government deposed.
