Please forgive me fellow Catholic combox warriors, but I have to say - in spite of myself - Miss Chelsea is looking rather lovely.
Now any Catholic bachelors willing to do some mercy dating and see if we can't get a marriage conversion out of the deal? In the end, you have to admit, having Bill as a father in law would be worth it - he would be fun at holidays and probably knows some really good dirty jokes. (sigh)

Yes, ASimpleSinner, time has been good to her. But Hillary for a mother-in-law? Just how much penance does a fella have to do?

Maybe if you were a Moravian duke or the like, and could live in some remote spot on the other side of the world with poor access to airports and international telephone calls. Then it wouldn't be bad at all, I reckon.

See I am willing to be that so long as you did not talk religion or politics, the Clintons would be amiable inlaws.
If one were to sit down for a game of Euchre with the inlaws, make sure Bill is on your team...

I'm guessing she isn't going anywhere these days unless there is a political angle for Hillary, so why is she there?

Good point, Thomas. Especially since this picture makes it look like she's discerning a call to join the convent. Single gents better act fast.

What's a pro-homosexual marriage, pro-abortion advocate doing at a Catholic-run nursing home? BTW,today's local papers in Puerto Rico, where the picture was taken, are spreading the rumor that the Archbishop of San Juan (Puerto Rico) will be the next Cardinal of New York.

"BTW,today's local papers in Puerto Rico, where the picture was taken, are spreading the rumor that the Archbishop of San Juan (Puerto Rico) will be the next Cardinal of New York."
Interesting thought, and plausible, too. Archbishop Gonzalez was an auxiliary to Cardinal Law, and before that a priest of the Archdiocese of New York.

You people call yourselves Christians, pretty strange. Jesus did not reject sinners; he called them to conversion. We should welcome all people to our churches, universities, etc. Besides, what has Chelsea done wrong? Supporting the political positions of the parents who raised her? On certain issues, she just doesn't know any better I guess.

Michael,
There is nothing wrong or unchristian about wondering why a woman, who is responsible for the moral implications
of supporting someone as rabidly pro-abort as HRC, is spending time with
nuns. I don't ask forgiveness from you for thinking it's not a good idea for nuns to hang with supportive daughter of a woman who could be responsible for the death of millions of babies.
Jesus ate with sinners, but not while they were supporting those who advocate the slaughter of innocents.

Moth-eaten overcoat,
You are wrong, Jesus did eat with sinners while they were sinning. He ate with tax-collectors and prostitutes. He would have eaten with the Clintons, and he would have loved them. We shouldn't be afraid to do the same.

Jesus called sinners to repentance when he ate with them, and always said that if you love him you will follow his commandments.
