It will be interesting to see what kind of effect this appointment has on Wyoming Catholic College. Rickens is a good man and Green Bay is lucky to have him, however I think most expected a bit of a bigger "promotion" for him. He is still young though.
He will provide much needed help to Bishop Morlino in giving a Catholic voice to things in the state.
