I guess it's a good sign that all of the "womenpriests" we've seen are easily old enough to be grandmas! My generation does not seem (Thank God) to be into this kind of dissension.

This just shows how much the Catholic Worker Movement has betrayed her by straying from Dorothy Day's acceptance of the teachings of the Church.
wymynpriests are to legitimate ministers of the Eucharist as Elvis impersonators are to the Original King Of Rock And Roll. You're vaguely embarrassed when watching them. They have all the moves, but none of the soul.
To me it is amusing in a way that these so called "women priests" look so much like men. I just don't get it.
At first I thought "Ministry of Irritation" was a typo. But no, they're serious.
Actually, I think she is the redhead sneaking a peak between the gal furthest to the left and the one in blue. You may want to double-check.
I never liked Day or the group she made. Her "anti-war" stance was to surrender to the Nazis to avoid fighting. Sometimes we Catholics shy way when just war is called for.
Why is so much publicity given to these people?

Ellen, I think that you have missed an important point. THESE women here are *grandma* age, but they are influencing other women,of all ages, and the danger is that a young girl not spiritually mature,might listen to them and be led astray.Many of the youth today are not yet as blessed with the wisdom that you have.

Don't know if Dorothy Day would approve. Day was a prophet in the Biblical sense. Women have a prophetic, not a priestly role in the Church. Trying to join "the boys," has the danger of enmeshing women in the same corrupt system Day "called out," most of her life.
