He asked for a renewed devotion to the Daily Offering prayer and the practice of praying for the intentions he chooses every year and gives to the Apostleship of Prayer. He brought this up in his Angelus message on June 1, which hasn't been translated into English yet on the Vatican site.

It's a simple devotion, but it really helps bring everything together...both Eucharistically and in uniting Catholics everywhere with Pope Benedict's prayer intentions.
