Noonan is part of the problem in American politics, as are most of the MSM talking heads.
I guess it goes to show that she is also a "Kafeteria Katholik" and to heck with the unborn, the infirm, and the elderly.
Shame on her. I bet President Reagan is rolling in his grave.

Afterthought:
Obama does not "aspire" to the new politics he babbles about. There is no empirical evidence to support that fact. He comes from the corrupt Chicago political machine and rose through those ranks by going along to get along.
He is nothing but a snake oil salesman, and many naive and morally imbecilic Americans are buying his product.
Unfortunately, when they find out that the snake oil doesn't work, there won't be any refund for their vote.
And the rest of us will have to pay for their foolishness.

Is is hillarious to see these "Ivy" league "Republican" elites with their so called "superior" intellect "think" themselves right into an untenable position. Could it be they will only support one their own, regardless of their personal convictions?
George Will, David Brooks, and Peggy Noonan should all have lunch together right after they vote for Obama.

Has anyone seen proof that Obama is an American Citizen? If elected and his grandmother is found to be correct, that means Nancy Polosi is the next in line.
I have seen the pix on Factcheck.org of the "copied" birth certificate. Factcheck belongs to the Anneberg group. Obama was involved with this group also through William Ayers, and the Chicago Annenberg Challenge . Why would he give his copied birth certificate to Factcheck? Who in congress would be responsible to make sure the certificate is authentic? And why would grandma make up such a story about his birth?

Elm,
See Karen Hall’s Blog “Some Have Hats” the entry for October 13, “An Inconvenient lawsuit” This is a video of Attorney Philip Berg, prominent Democrat in Pennsylvania discussing his lawsuit filed in a Federal Court to compel Obama to produce his birth certificate.
Here are the documents filed with the court:
http://dockets.justia.com/docket...case_id-281573/
Here is the birth certificate put up at Obama’s website:
http://fightthesmears.com/
articl...irthcertificate
Here is a forensic analysis of that birth certificate showing that it is fraudulent

Thanks Lee,
Karen's blog is what sent me on this rabbit hunt.
Who in the powers that be is responsible for validating these documents? I understand that no one is able to vouch for their own birthplace. If O's grandma says he was born in Kenya, who's to say he was born in Hawaii? And why is he (O) not made to produce a vault certificate? John Sidney McCain produced his. I have been carrying mine around this great country for all my life. How did he become senator without having a authentic certificate?

There are angels in the air! First, Sarah Palin makes her debut on the national stage, with her Down's syndrome son in her arms.
Secondly, Joe the Plumber comes out of nowhere as an articulate spokesman for the common man. In an interview with Katie Couric says that Obamah can tap dance around the issues faster than Sammy Davis, Jr. Too good...
And now Obamah, most pro-abortion candidate possible is about to disappear from the national scene because he is missing, irony of ironies, a birth certificate. It's too delicious a possibility to be deprived of realization.
Dude, where is your birth certificate?
Ask him that with signs at every rally, yell it out to him across the crowds. MAKE HIM PRODUCE.

Biden would be in line before Pelosi. Though I can't blame you for forgetting him.
And naturalized citizens can be elected to the House and Senate: e.g., Tom Lantos.

McCain's parents were both American citizens. McCain's parents were in Panama because his father was stationed there in the military. Big difference.

But McCain was born to legite parents, who were of age and American Citizens. O just has an underage mother, and a Kenyan father. There is no proof that he was ever naturalized just as there is no proof he was born on American soil. Just his grandmothers statement that he was born in Kenya. The only thing that has been presented is a "new" copy of his birth certificate, which lists his father's race as African. That is where the man was from, not his race. In 1961 it would have been listed as Negro not African.
