Gravatar If I remember the story correctly, the Diocese of Phoenix or Tucson prepared parishes to receive fallen-away Catholic back into the fold around Holy Week / Easter and then they played the three commercials that Catholics Come Home offers and they saw a huge influx of Catholics return to the Church.

I can't seem to view the other two videos they have: this one is called "Epic," one is called "Movie," and I'm not sure of the last at the moment. Anyway, good stuff.

Gravatar Tom - a few bloggers have noted that the video has been taken down from YouTube.

I suspect that the originators want people to go to their main home page for the other content that is there, as opposed to limiting them to just the video.

I just wish the originators would enable embedding, with a link to their website, rather than back to YouTube. That would satisfy our desire to promote these great videos while allowing them to get the traffic they desire, and should receive for their other content.

As you note, the site is Catholics Coming Home.

It is indeed a powerul witness for the Catholic faith

Gravatar Interviewed Tom Peterson, one of the producers, just the other day. All I can say is, Wow. They have aired this in both the Phoenix and Lexington markets, and had a pretty overwhelming response in both places.

Gravatar What... jerks. They served up a copyright notice to the user who uploaded the video.

How obnoxious and contrary to their mission! Are they here to evangelize or assert and protect "intellectual property" rights?

Anyways, I think this is their copy of the original video:

Gravatar How does asserting a legitimate copyright make one a jerk?
