Is that just visitors to the website or does it count people who read the feed too? I read the feed every day and I live in Taiwan. Also how many hits is one dot?

Joye - sitemeter only counts browser views, which represents less than half of AmP's daily readership. The map is a snapshot of the last 100 visits.
And Thomas - does Anchorage count?
There's also a regular readership in S. Africa and Brazil (holdovers from the papal coverage there I suspect).
