I saw this article as well. The only thing I wish they could find are early paintings or sculptures of Jesus. There was one statue of Jesus before 250 AD which dated back to the Apostles and one of the emperors ordered found and destroyed.
We already knew this was true, they are just finding more supporting evidence.

The dedicatory inscription seems cast in the Hellenistic tradition of offering goods to a soter-basileus or theos-basileus.
Furthermore, note that a major patron is a woman. A sensible interpretation is that this was her house, that she funded the operation, and could be identified without the patronymics of her husband. The society in which she is partaking is accustomed to and supports independent women in positions of power. She was definitely an important figure, perhaps archon of the church or a deakon. She took a leading role in the communal cult activity at this building.
