Follow the NY Archdiocese link, and you get an article that opens with the following line:

"Pope Benedict XVI plans to come to New York in 2008 - but we don't know when or what he might do while he's here."

Well . . . there's an opening if I ever saw one!

Here are a few suggestions:

1. Empire State Building.

2. Statue of Liberty.

3. Yankee Stadium (it won't be around that much longer).

4. Late Show with David Letterman.

5. Spamalot.
