My thought: brief texts yes. plentiful images no. I'd like to read more Benedict in bite-size pieces. I don't need it cluttered up with pretty pictures.

SDG, why not illuminations to go along with the Biblical commentary? That would be a very appropriate touch.

That kinda sounds like a homily...everyone could just subscribe to ZENIT...
And the pope is very, very busy...a daily blog, no matter how short, is a bit much on top of everything else.
