Thanks, Rush.
But if SNL is left-wing and liberal, as is generally assumed by conservative audiences, then this skit is evidence against your claim, Baron.

More Evidence that
SNL is STILL humourless.

Funny, how Pres. Bush is the one that gets blamed (we don't have a dictatorship, so Bush doesn't control the economy...). Congress has been Dem for two years now. Also, funny how Nancy Pelosi killed the first chance at solving this problem... Especially after that voting down of the bill demolished Wall Street.
And all that lack-of-being-able-to-pay-for-mortgage, doesn't that stem from the Democratic Congress and their ridiculousness. Also, only an imbecile would have taken out an adjustable-rate-mortgage (expecting them rates to go up?).
Although, the skit is saved by Anne Hathaway's appearance. And it was just killed by Amy Poehler being totally unfunny.
Oh for the SNL of the early 90s... Once Will Ferrell left, it lost all its vestiges of humor.
I'm jealous of those older people who saw FUNNY SNLs!
And... at the end of this skit... I find I have wasted 7 minutes and 18 seconds. Man oh man.

I thought it was funny. I still can't understand Barney Frank. :-)

I saw the first SNL with George Carlin when it was on this summer. That wasn't too funny either.
