As a beekeeper I feel compelled to point out that the cathedral-eating bees are not honey bees but masonry bees (the picture above is a honey bee).

I think (but I'm not sure) that Lichfield is an Anglican Cathedral. My father has been a patron of their choir school for some time.

Yes, that is correct. Lichfield Cathedral is Anglican.
