I absolutely love the National Shrine, and i'm so glad i live in Northern Virginia and can enjoy it whenever i would like. When I'm in California for college (that is, now) i really miss it...

I especially like the picture of the vestments. Those, for anyone that doesnt know, are the typical vestments that most are worn for most masses. And they are beautiful vestments. The gothic style is my favorite, and those ones are particularily beautiful.

The crypt church is amazing, too. Increadible that two churches and so many shrines can be put in one place...

My favorite, however, has to be the Shrine to Mary Mother of Sorrows.
