LOL, like the cards will help. I was waiting for the piazza of Saint Peter to open the other day and the Polizia were just sitting there in their little golf cart smoking cigarettes, talking to each other, waiting for the walkie-talkie to tell them to move the barracades. It's not like they are digging ditches in the vatican.
