I once walked into a Catholic Church here in town that always smells like the sweet smell of incense, and the lady behind me said "This is the smell of God ..." - From that day on I believe that heaven must smell like that.

forgot to add to above ... the Church, once again, ahead of the times, knew all about "aromatherapy" way back before Pier One and Bed Bath and Beyond.

I wonder, however, if these sorts of findings could be used as backdoor argument to convince liberal parishes and liturgy commissions to allow incense back into the celebration of Mass? Hmm....
Actaully I find liberal parishes are just as likely as conservative ones to allow incense.
