Here's what you do. You upload the ALL video to Youtube. The moment you do, notify your readers. Have them download it, and then upload it again. Dozens of uploads from dozens of users. There's a free program available at www.tubesucker.com that will do the downloading from Youtube. Also, Google Video has always made downloading videos easy, without a program like Tubesucker.
