Well, it's a lazy afternoon here at work. So let's try a few of my own.

Aromatherapy Surgery - Mixing 'essences' with DSMO and rubbing on the site.

Iridology Surgery - All incisions are reflected in the iris of the eye, so the surgeon doesn't need to see the blood, only the eyes of the patient.

Massage Surgery - The surgeon shoves their hand down the patient's throat to gently palpatate internal organs. Alternative orifices are possible.

Alternative Homeopathic Surgery - The patient is pulped, dried, dissolved in water, and diluted to a 100C concentration. Condition cured.

Reflexology Surgery - Cutting away parts of the hands or feet will fix the problem.

And just for giggles:

Homeopathic medicine - diluting the patient's wallet.
