I know there are more people dying from our sophisticated western medicine in one day, than in decades from alternative medicine .prove it othervise our mideval treatment of cancer is nothing more than calculated slow poisoning of the body without any hope and a financial disaster for the poor soul who belives in the propaganda for money at all cost new soulless doctors

Nothing wrong the Chinese medicine. Lots wrong with Chinese quackery, and it has a certain vogue. On record is powders being sold for childhood eczema...which worked brilliantly, but then they would, they contained cyclosporin!

there are tons of medicines which cause side effects - some are way worse than others. take cipro for example or tetracycline. cipro is horrid - http://www.rxlist.com/cgi/ generi...rofloxiv_ad.htm

tetracycline discolors teeth in newborn kids.

tetracycline causes ulcerative colitis.

the flu vaccine has way more mercury in it than recommended by the CDC in a single exposure - but they allow it anyway.

granted your point is valid about the side effects of chinese medicine but come on...

look at farm salmon - the PCB's in those suckers is insane and way more harmful than many side effects from herbal medicine.

i know youre anti alternative medicine and i am also if practiced by people who do not know what they are doing. but if practiced by those who do know what we are doing - then people regain health.

the alternative medicine industry is growing into the mega billions - why? because it's effective.

i dont know why many people keep bashing it - there are quacks yes - but there are quack md's also...ive seen my far share.

you know what you call a medical student who graduated at the bottom of his/her class?

a doctor.

careful. a good doc is good and bad one is not...obvious?

a naturopathic physician who is properly trained in a 4 yr program has exceptional knowledge and can help many people.

i hope you welcome some day those naturopathic physicians who are properly practicing medicine.

Most of the Chinese Medicine comes from natural sources and is fine if brewed according to the formula. The danger is those packaged bottles in which harmful substances may be added during the manufacturing process to fake or make real its authenticity. Cautions must be exercised especially if the packaged bottles were made in China because I have heard many unscrupulous merchants there churning out bottles with ethics just for more profits. Same for many China-made products too.
