I've tried all sorts of drugs to help with the migraines that I have suffered from over the years (usually stress is involved), but now I am considering other forms of alternative treatment such as acupuncture and acupressure as the drugs just don't seem to work any more and if they do, I have to take large amounts of them.

It really depends upon the drug that you have taken. I am using Migravent capsules it has alleviated the pain.Migravent is a natural dietary supplement, you do not need a prescription or a doctor's approval. However, if you are taking other medications and/or are under the care of a physician you may want to discuss it with them.No doubt acupuncture and acupressure are better option than taking drug. But this is not the case with Migravent. So try once and see the difference.

Its hard to know what is real and what is not with migraine research. Its a hard variable to isolate here is a good example - http://www.thenewsroom.com/detai...c_id=wom=kg-
jlt - perfectly legit research practices, but hard to determine if its really the migraines. Kate from the womens health desk at thenewsroom.com
