I remember riding in an intercity bus when several young women took off their scarves. At first I actually thought: how risqe! It was such a horrible way to think... I was so disappointed in my inner voice. I believe that I was not alone with that thought.
During the four hour trip, not one person asked any of the young women to put their scarves back on. It was such a pleasure to see them enjoy themselves so much. Good luck!

I'm following your recent post from "inside Iran".
It may appear specious, but thanks for doing this blog. I constantly look for "life in the street" dialogs, and your command of english helps greatly.
The world, particularly those of us in the US, needs to understand the goings on in Iran. Your viewpoints help immeasurably.
I understand why you wish to avoid using your real name in the posts, and would suggest you use a pseudonym. Even if it isn't your real name, a "nom de plume" creates an identifiable persona that evokes a certain camaraderie.
