I thought this show was one of the dumbest, most insipid, most shamelessly maudlin ever. And yet I watched, week after week. Something in me had to. It was those damn Olsen twins, probably. (Interesting bit of trivia: Dave Coulier was the XBF of Alanis Morrissette and she allegedly wrote some of her nastier songs about him, including "You Oughta Know.")

Dear Editors,
I am deeply concerned that one of your on air personalities is advocating not only violence towards women, but specifically towards the first viable woman candidate for president. In his comments he suggested that a superdelegate take her (Clinton) into a room and that only one of them should emerge. Granted, given his propensity for hyperbole, this is not intended literally, but it does have negative consequences for women and girls who live under the threat of physical violence by trivializing said violence.
Apparently Mr Olbermann is not familiar with the threat of violence that many women and girls live with. Just recently the FDLS cult story has shown how the traficking and sexual exploitation (and presumed violence) of women and girls is a very real problem in this country. This is not the first time that Mr. Olbermann has made a point, or a joke, by using sexual and violent imagery of women. One only needs to look at his many descriptions of young women such as Paris Hilton and Brittney Spears.
Until Mr Olbermann, along with the many other "anchors" that demean women, advocate violence, or rely on gender stereotypes are instructed on how to communicate without doing those things, I will not be watching msnbc, nbc, or any of your outlets, and I will be sending copies of this letter to as many of your sponsors as possible.

I watched this show weekly as an older child and a preteen, along with Step by Step and Family Matters. I don't recall enjoying any of them. I remember parts of the shows, but not because they were funny or meaningful. I just watched because it was Friday, there weren't any children in my hood to play with, and this is what was on.
This is how children become brainwashed.

I hated that show, and everybody in it, but have to say that I actually liked the version of Bob Saget who appears in "The Aristocrats". The guy actually can be funny -- I had no idea.

The Keith Olbermann comment is shocking.
Can you imagine some talking head suggesting a superdelegate take Obama into a room and only the superdelegate comes out? And going on about "retributions".
Bob Saget had a recent HBO special. Most of it seemed to be how much he could completely gross out the audience, hitting the hammer on the nail over and over again, that "I'm nothing like Danny Tanner".
A lot of the show was spent ripping on his adult co-stars, especially Stamos, who he hangs out with, and Coullier, who dated Alanis when she was only 17, while he was in his 30's.
Still, there were some very funny parts, especially where he talks about his bit part in Half-Baked, where he claimed he sucked dick for cocaine, and now people approach him on the street saying it.

He can really get on a roll, and he works wicked blue. I always knew that, and was surprised how many people were taken aback by Aristocrats. "That's that sweet guy from Full House and Funny Home Videos?"
I saw his last stand-up special, and it was 1/2 genius, 1/2 stupid. There is a line he crosses where he's just being filthy with no underlying joke, and it's like "OK, buddy, move on, @&@$@$@## is neither a premise nor a punchline.
I have never seen an episode of this show, and I resent the fact that I am even aware it existed.

Awww.. I loved that show. Course I was a kid, and it was full of lovey dovey funny stuffs, so of course I loved it. It was just slightly less cute and sweet than My Little Ponies and Care Bears.
I watched a few episodes here and there, mainly for Dave Culier, who was on the Nickolodeon show Out of Control (early 80s' Nick kicked ass). It wasn't a big fave of mine.
And John Stamos actually got better looking as he got older.
I watched the show because I was at someone else's house and my friend had control of the tv -- so I ended up watching Full House and the Brady Bunch back to back.
I loved the Brady Bunch. My parents would look at me like, this was crap when we were kids. What's wrong with you?

The West Wing forum that I used to live on had this very typo show up once, and we decided it was so apropos that we embraced it. Things were loathed with the fire/heat/passion "of a thousand nuns" for years.
My son was obsessed with this show when he was small. Obsessed. And hey, we're talking about a kid with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. He HAD to watch Full House the way Rain Man had to watch Judge Wopner.
And I sat there agreeing with Mama Shakes. Every goddamn day.

"Insipid" is truly the best way to describe that show! Oh, and "embarrassing".
And can I just point out that Full House unleashed the Olsen Twins on us, and we're still paying the price?
Whenever I slept over my friends' houses as a kid and they put this crap on, I felt so sorry for them that they didn't have cable. I had good taste even then!
I also hate Bob Saget with the same ire I have for people like Bill Maher. Whenever he is interviewed by Conan O'Brien, he's so pathetically unfunny and usually sexist in some obnoxious way. Even worse, Conan visibly likes him, which was one of the reasons I started hating him too!
No one had mentioned the creepiness of this show. It creeped me out, even as a boy. I could kind-of see the Stamos' character included since he was brother to the father, but who invites another non-relative into the home? Also, how many bedrooms were they supposed to have in that narrow urban house?
From my very funny ex-beau, whenever the local news teasers promised something like a bus crash story:

My best guess is that we knew both Saget and Coulier from their standup we'd seen on Evening at the Improv or something. And we liked it. And that was before Netflix, too.

The article refers to Obama as "Senator Obama", while Clinton is repeatedly referred to as "Mrs. Clinton"? She is also a Senator and has earned the respect inherent in the title. Hmmm... don't tell me that sexism, both overt and subliminal, has not been rampant in the media.
I think this is being taken very, very lightly by all of us. How should you feel if your sister or your mother were treated like this? I have seen hated people been treated with more respect. What has Hillary done to deserve these idiots comments and jokes. We should all unite and ask the network to fire all this clowns.
