At least the neighbor's cat stops by to say hi whenever I'm on the front porch.
My cat fell in love with the tackle bag that I got her after seeing a friend's cat go to town on his. It's shaped like a cat-sized body pillow, and it's infused with catnip. Amarna will leave it alone for days, then pounce on it, hugging it and licking it, and then leaning against it like a human does a body pillow.

A friend of ours made some leather ablls for a game (that never happened and would have been fun - stoolball, pirates vs SCAdians at the local RenFaire). Every once in awhile, Mika or Stranger decides that it's a mortal enemy and needs to be killed. Repeatedly.
That should be balls - can't type.

Awwwwww! That video is too damn cute! The lion was acting a little bit like our Stranger, shoving his head into his humans hands. Stranger also reaches up and taps Martin on the back, telling Martin - not so subtly - that it's time to eat.
Zoë looks just like one of my cats. she doesn't keep any toys though.

My cat also does this, and if your hand is not far enough down, she will arch up and get on her back paws a bit so she can shove her head into your hand. She also loves to rub her cheek against the side of my head when she lays across my chest, and occasionally gets so into it that she chews on my hair and then ends up biting my scalp.

Thanks very much for reminding me why I will never have a cat. My pain threshold is quite low. 
That is AMAZING. My cat has a poodle toy that looks exactly like it.
I sat cat singular instead of plural because the other one isn't interested. Also, the poodle isn't precisely a toy because it never gets played with... it just gets transferred from room to room for naps. I'm reading on the couch? Anise cedes the coveted next-to-my-hip spot to her sister while she picks up her friend and brings it in. I'm going to bed? After I turn out the lights, I here "clickclickclick(nails I need to clip) THUMP."
Sometimes the poodle makes it into bed. Sometimes not - it's awkward to carry. But it's always in the same room as the sleeping.
Awww, she looks similar to my Robin, especially that look on her face.
