Would it be possible to introduce legislation in the Oklahoma legislature to help fund and select body armor for our troops? The Federal and military branches of government seem to have dragged their feet or fallen down on the job. I don't care if Oklahoma loses out on some funding, having unprotected troops will be even more expensive for Oklahoma families and our health care agencies in the long run.
