Is it some filler animation from Sesame Street?
Close, but no cigar.
It seems that a giant is sculpting the letters "ea." Combining vowels is a more advanced concept than would be found in Sesame Street. Yet this use of animation to teach language arts is typical of public television shows for children. Considering this, could the still be taken from the Electric Company?
Yep. The vowels have it!
