The Andrew Turnbull Family of Fine Websites

I'll have to check those out. They seem rather interesting.

Btw, have you ever played X-Evil? It runs on 95 (and *NIX).

Err, I mean XEvil

Gravatar I remember you showed me The Monuments of Mars! while I was still trying to load games into the 6-meg RAMdrive on my 386, though the monochrome LCD screen had a low enough response rate to essentially make the game unplayable.

I suppose I could dig it back out and connect it to an external monitor.

Gravatar If you run any of these games from DOS on a computer faster than a low-end 486, you'll probably want to give MoSlo a spin to keep them from borking out.

I gave XEvil a try, but I wasn't overly impressed by it. To me, a game needs something more than just a few random platforms and an invitation to kill.

Let me know if you have any more luck with the laptop, Don!
