Of course I know that evil beast! It's Hurricane Hordak! He was a real badass who made hordes of his warriors by combining men, beasts and heavy armor to create them. He uses some strange mixture of magic and technology to put them together and he was some kind of mentor or teacher to Skeletor, another badass who fought wars with He Man over the Eternia and the power of castle Grayskull. There were tons of these figurines and they were extremly popular somewhere between 1982 and 1987. Man I loved them. They were awesome.
