I wonder who told the Red Cross not to act to save lives (crucial in these moments: the flood was of salt water, and old people could not even boil water to get what they needed; babies would become dehydrated fast also)? I believe FEMA put out the policy that denying people what used to be called "First Aid" would keep them from even thinking about staying on in New Orleans. The goal was to move everyone out. First the people who were nicely situated in comfortable hotels, then the poor in their dirty clothing and with their "stolen" and "looted" food and water.

Having had a quick look at the first 20 results, I an having difficulty hanging onto any of my skepticism. Controlling hurricanes looks to be entirely probable.
There is a very nasty stench arising from New Orleans - far worse than the shocking stench of rotting sewage and dead bodies. There are too many things happening (or not happening) that only make sense if Katrina and the shattering of NOLA was premeditated. All you had to do was create your hurricane.

I wouldn't rule out HAARP as playing a part in Katrina. Most people say that it IS possible to increase the power of storms using that technology. It was a 'super-storm' - did global warming do that or was it helped?

Why HAARP isn't necessary to create chaos.
First of all, hurricanes, and plenty of them, are one of the effects of the global warming which most of the world understands to be happening right now.
Second - I believe it was already last hurricane season when NOLA was threatened, but luckily escaped another big one.
Third - The actual hit on the Superdome was said to be a mere Category 3; indeed the people were put there by their "betters" who offered "safety" - but as it happened they were in a little experiment to see what the dome could take. With a Category 5 - as might have happened there instead of further out in the Gulf, we might not be talking about survivors at all.
That they were there at all was an open policy decision, discussed freely in the press. That the dome had not been tested to endure a Category 5 was known and spoken of.
Therefore, why refer to some occult program by secret evildoers?
You only need to see the actual policy, admitted to openly, whose disparate impact on the poor and elderly (who might have been evacuated in buses beforehand), has resulted in this disaster.
You have only to hear from the Red Cross that they are too submissive to FEMA to go in and help. This means that they are a "trusted" official sponsor of the disaster right now, and that all the feelings generated by the suffering are going to fatten its coffers to the detriment of more humanitarian organizations which might have stood up to authority and insisted on taking the chances against rapists and looters in New Orleans to deliver care to those most in need.
The Red Cross has "other priorities" than those who give money to it. Perhaps the donors should sue for fraud.

This has precedence, when Haitian survivors of a hurricane ended up in Ft. Allen, Puerto Rico. The people are kept from the press, and from the civilians outside. And if the survivors don't speak Spanish they will have a hard time communicating even if they can get out.

In fact, the Bellagio will be the model for it all (talk about a nightmare scenario?), with fiberglass brick-mold facades standing in for real brick and neutered, well trained black servants standing in for the former citizens of the place. People who could afford to leave were so afraid someone would steal what they own that they just let it all be flooded. They could have let a family without a vehicle borrow their extra car, but instead they left it behind to be destroyed.
There are gangs of white vigilantes near here riding around in pickup trucks, all of them armed, and any young Black they see who they figure doesn't belong in their community, they shoot him. I tell them, "Stop! You're going to start a riot."
When you see all the poor people with no place to go, feeling alone and helpless and angry, I say this is a consequence of HOPE VI. New Orleans took all the HUD money it could get to tear down public housing, and families and neighbors who'd relied on each other for generations were uprooted and torn apart.
Most of the people who are going through this now had already lost touch with the only community they'd ever known. Their community was torn down and they were scattered. The hurricane hit at the end of the month, the time when poor people are most vulnerable. Food stamps don't buy enough but for about three weeks of the month, and by the end of the month everyone runs out. Now they have no way to get their food stamps or any money, so they just have to take what they can to survive.
The common misperception about HAARP is that an array of significant power exists in Alaska. By following the most scientific stuff I could find (alot from Eastlund himself), it would seem that the array in Alaska and any other known grids are far too weak for significant weather modification. How does the shooting story relate to the evacuation from the Dome of some white Britons, including two girls (one named Sachs) who were told that they were being removed for their own safety (fear of rape and anarchy), and taken secretly by National Guard commandos to hotels from which they were airlifted from NOLA to Gatwick Airport London?
This would provide a justification for the action - extreme danger.
It would also provide an explanation of why the rest of the people were left to starve. I think it is ugly tribalism at its worst, but fitting within the Bush agenda.
Ariana Huffington's blog about Old Lady Bush saying that the "underprivileged" of the Superdome were going to get a good deal being put in camps, from which they'd presumably be given great jobs at WalMart, expresses the arrogance of how they are treated for simply being black. No reference to individual lives before the flood, now reference to the possibility that some were merely disabled or stayed to help those who were, no reference to fact that some owned their own property beforehand and had saved money or had insurance policies.
