You are being VERY good with the creationist, although I'm not so sure that she is trying to be as open as you are. It will interesting to see if further on in the year she is still shrugging her shoulders about the public school curriculum and her not being about to do anything about her kids hearing alternative theories to the one that's taught at home. Hm.

You just gotta roll your eyes at the evangelical types. Believe me... I married into them (not my hub, but the majority of his family, God help me). I'm in the camp of co-existance (ie. God created evolution, not actually the world in a literal 7 days).
