Emma Tom FTW!
I'll be honest. I only started reading anything in the Australian because someone challenged me to, way back. (This is the same reason I once read the first five Harry Potter books and listened to Avril Latrine's first album.) I figured that since Emma Tom was the funniest looking, she'd be the least likely to offend my communo-anarchist sensitivities.
Anyway, regarding earnesty in your second-last paragraph: whether it was meant in mistakery or in jest I’ll never know, but I’ll take it as the latter, because I quite like it.

You're cute. You're just so cute, I could roll you in a bun and just EAT YOU like cream pie! Not that rolls and cream pies are the same thing, but you know what I mean. Mentioning food gets me exceptionally peckish.
Our all-day SMSing thing was so lame, and immensely funny. I'd be lying if I said that it wasn't enjoyable. Because clearly it was.
Missed your antics - now they're back again, I'll be taking full advantage Rocks!

I thought those who are past the age of 20 are well beyond the pretentious stage of young adulthood. At least you have your looks going for you...

Apparently not, my dear anonymous reader.
I'm pretentious, but if I'm not mistaken, there are plenty of references in my post that indicate self-degredation.
If I may assume, you must be much older than myself to say such a condescending remark. If I'm correct, you're old enough to not take things out of context and leave asshole remarks on my page.
Never the less, carry on!

Should you ever feel the need to go a-sleuthin', Haloscan logs IP addresses of all comments.
And as for your "Never the less", what's the point of compound words if you can't use them as compound words?

Actually, I'm just another 21-year old Korean-American girl living on the other side of the world. Yes, I suppose you can be a bit of a self-deprecating narcissist and your unnecessary verbosity eludes me; however, I find it interesting that someone can still be so light-hearted and have their head in the clouds whilst I'm running around dealing with dental school politics and trying to cram as much information as I can into my head. As someone with a background in the sciences, I may not have such a profound knowledge or interest in literature as you, but there's just something so contrived about your writing and it hasn't changed since you graduated from secondary school. It doesn't even have to do with the fact that I prefer something that is more to the point and concise. Granting that it is just my opinion and you don't seem to be too offended. I only hope that you are as street smart as you are book smart.

Rocky: Nah. It's alright - no need to trace IP's. I enjoy an occasional online beef - especially if it's from some judgmental ignoramus who resides halfway across the world. No real harm done. I'm not scared - with what I've been through, and still am going through, I think I can handle this.
Anonymous: I find it equally interesting that someone as seemingly deeply rooted in reality as you, might be so judgmental about me without reading through my other posts with thoroughness first. But it's alright - I'm not trying to impress anyone. Especially not you.
I hope you realise the irony in the fact that you're acting far above me whilst saying that I'm pretentious. Some people just have far too much time on the internet, or maybe not enough. And I can reassure you, that I'm far more grounded in reality than you are my dear little chickling - I'm sure a lot of people who watch me in my life on a day to day basis can vouch for that. I do more than try to memorise a thousand little facts into my head a day, so don't go pointing your hypocritical little finger at me.
Run along now - go play with your teeth.

Oh, tracing IPs isn't supposed to achieve anything. But it can be good for a laugh.

I must say that I do pity you, Angela. At least I get real trolls in my comments.

You and your devious little IT tidbits. I'm at a loss for words! That thing is so WRONG! I swear, I refuse to use Wikipedia as my reference source from now on. As I've said before, books in libraries are the most reliable - their pages can be carbon dated (not that that is really dependable...) if at all their authenticity is to be doubted. Not the content, but the... I'll stop. I'm digging my own grave.
I'll still use it for looking up random bits of info though. It's use is perfect for trivia. Oh! And if you EVER get the chance, go to SBS and look up 'The Chaser's War on Everything', download and watch their series. I swear you'll love 'em! I'm sure others have recommended the sketch show to you before...

Anyone using Wikipedia as an authoritative source deserves all the misinformation they can swallow. Mind you, it's quite good on non-controversial topics.
And for your information, I've been a Chaser fan since their CNNNN days. Pure gold.
