i feel so better after reading that -what u need to do is say something subtly condescending like, "well if it's not what you are after then try Tiffanys on Collins st -oh wait; sorry; my apologies; given that you are expecting a discount from me I guess u would not be able to afford Tiffanys -have you tried Priceline..?" -okay not so subtle -just freaking say it anyway and telll me what they say in return once they have been reduced to the 10cm tall people that they really are inside..
