I didn't have time to comment on this wonderful post before and I will also send you an e-mail about it but I wanted to thank you for sharing with us what has been going on, and to tell you that I think your goals are great! I have seen a lot of mothers who put themselves on the back burner and I'm very glad to hear that you are doing things for yourself again.

Wow that is indeed a "roundup"! There's nothing like goals to focus and clarify is there? Bravo!

Your personal goals really touched home for me. I think I may steal a few of those. I am glad to hear of the diagnosis for Jim. It's interesting how knowledge can free us, and I'm glad you realize the positive of this -- you're a great parent, and he's not a naughty boy.
Finally, your statements about the love and laughter filling your house and living depressed and upset is no way to live -- BRAVO. You've spoken for so many of us.
A toast to a wonderful 2009!!!

As one year draws to an end, it's heartening to read such a positive account of what you want for yourself next year.
You're such an inspiration - I'm sure you'll acheive everything you want to - because it's for you
Good Luck and a very Happy New Year!

2008 has been tough on you, eh? But it sounds like you're heading in the right direction now. Wishing you and your family all the best for 2009 x
