Good for you, about all the books I mean. We have them all over the house, had extra shelving built and even moved
a bunch to the basement. Why do I say we? I mean me. I have even got loads of books at the lake. Also two years ago I took 17 sacks to the public library and I still miss them.
I am curious, are you well versed in Latin? I was trying to learn it online and now a new group for ancient Greek is starting.

It does indeed only lead to grief. The more you read, the more you must read. It's an addiction, really, and it goes downhill from there. Just think of all the money we could donate to hospitals if we didn't buy books. Shame on us all, really. Shame.

Ah, but if we didn't buy books, then we'd have to donate money to all the starving authors. And the starving publishers. And the starving Editorial Assistant Interns.
Besides, you all know that books are good insulation for walls (just like yarn). And in the old, fifties-era gov'mint publications on Surviving Nuclear War, we are told a 14-inch stack of books is sufficient to stop most radiation.
