Ah that book, it has transmogrified - so has my spelling:0), into my whole cottage and the five wooden structures in my garden which some call sheds but are clearly, to these eyes, just more chapters from the book.
I thought the BBC really created Gormanghast which was quite some feat given the pictures I'd created in my mind reading the books. Of course anything with a certain woman actor in would have pleased but the costumes, set and the rest of the cast added to Z.W. was divine in the way only someone who knows pesto lasgne and borscht are celebratory feast worthy of any number of readings of the book:0)
