Gravatar i'm so glad you could tell us of all the fun you are having at Catholic schools week in pittsburgh. we've been full of fun activities here in central illinois to celebrate CSW. teacher appreciation, student appreciation, and parent appreciation. although we have yet to be served pizza, only a turkey sandwich and a cookie. ? thanks for sharing.

Gravatar Loved the Tombstone Generator! Thanks.

Gravatar Glad your experience with the Book Quiz went well. I ate school lunch this past week, too -- being that most of my work takes me to the public schools of the Upper Midwest -- and I think that's part of the reason that I'm One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.

The other reason is that I'm crazy.

Thanks for being endlessly entertaining, Anne. Some of us crazy folk out here in the bizarro Midwest really appreciate it.

Gravatar We in the Pacific NW appreciate you, too. In fact, Lots of Us, that's because the continual overcast has driven so many of us a little nuts, but in a quiet, committee oriented way. Or maybe it's the committees. Anyway, speaking of blithering. Loved the school reports. My children go to the Large (I mean really large ) Urban school, no parent appreciation, I helped out in knitting class (Oops, fiber arts) class several times. Really large, Uurban kids. Some of whom take it very seriously, very cute. I'm going away now.

Gravatar I created a nice, appropriate tombstone, but found the task of posting to a website daunting, although I've been prowling the web since the 1200kps modem. So here it is, but I think only Sam will appreciate it. "Another Thousand Feet and I'd Be On Top".

Gravatar hey from Big D, cousins and bro!

Gravatar At my college, in the college cemetery, one professor who died young had carved in small letters on the bottom of his tombstone 'If you can read this, you're standing on me.' His best friend, when he dies, plans to be buried next to him with a small message reading 'Why are you standing on me? Go stand on him!'
