I'd trade that for the Hotel San Marcos on the island of Curacao (near Aruba). It has no hot water.

The hot water fixtures are there (one turns them, they do nada). The hot water pipes are there. There is no plumbing connecting them to the fixtures. Nor is there a hot water heater.

Eventually I realized that this is done to minimize water usage (long showers) by the guests.
