San Diego was already at the bottom of my wish list for other reasons, but this is the icing on the cake. I think I would actually chose to live in a different state and let dh be a geo batchelor if this spreads to be a decision on homeschoolers in general.

Are you kidding? This is one of (if not THE) the most liberal states in the union. Do you really think this law wil stand in a state where even Hollywood star Will Smith homeschools his kids?

I'm pretty confident it's not gonnna happen.

I put up an article by the HSLDA on this, too. American homeschoolers CANNOT take their rights for granted. You can NEVER over-react to news like this.
