Old women on public transport, there is always a few weirdos in there. One woman warned me and friend about foreign hamsters (or was it gerbils?) that would attack people.

Your old lady from hell reminds me of an old man I saw on the London tube - he started questioning a young boy sitting next to him, "Do you believe in GOD?" "Yes!" piped the boy, "Do you support the QUEEN?" "Yes!" "Do you know your CATECHISM?" "Yes!"
The old man raised his eyebrows.

La Villete, I have been wanting to go there since I first heard about it ... oh when was that? Years ago I suppose ... Like all theme parts, it's ok to get in, but once in your bank account suffers....

I see what you mean about the donkeys...yours was much cuter and most likely more pleasant than mine, however.
