What I find so amusing Flash is how these guys all suddenly realize that they are indespensable.
Oh, sure they'd love to take their private lives back up, but damn it the people need them and they don't want to let us down.

I have always maintained that term limits are idiotic.
How strange that all of these gung ho republicans are now coming to the same conclusion.
Do you "thunk" maybe it has a little to do with who is in the majority???

Allow me to poison your fun by agreeing with you from the right.
I've never been a fan of term limits. I don't think the Constitution made a mistake by not instituting them.
That being said, I think any candidate that made such a pledge and reversed it when it proved inconvenient should be raked over the coals for going back on his word. But his ultimate fate is in the hands of his constituents, as it should be.
