That's right, baby, unanimous, again, for the third time - Coleman was a fool, filed a fool's case. Franken won a free and fair recount, the law was on his side, Coleman's team screwed the pooch in not looking for more ballots, not providing evidence, and they got whipped.
Franken was the leader at the end of the recount, picked up a few votes in the COURT CASE, but still was leading at the end of the count - the legal count - the required count - your facts are simply wrong Swift - once again.

I believe that both President GW Bush AND Senator Elect Allan Franken were duly elected based on the rule of law. You seem to think the opposite, because I KNOW you wouldn't apply two different standards to identical situations now, would you.
