Why do you think there would be a gnashing of teeth in the Family Division? You seem to think that the court would be angry that you a certain line to argue a point under the law. You have, IMO, an inflated opinion of your 'victory' and your importance. Regretably a common enough perspective amongst some of those who feel sad enough to write cobblers like this blog
