Of course, laws mean nothing unless someone enforces them. I recall the mass cull of farm animals recently which was agreed by everyone to be illegal - it still went ahead and no-one was later brought to answer for it.
And need I mention the Iraq war? Your problem is not producing uncovering apparently illegal actions, but getting them heard against a judiciary who can be relied upon to quash political complaint

The problem is, an individual cannot bring a prosecution unless they are directly affected. All I am doing is pointing out that there is a remedy in law. Any reader of the post who has been effected and feels sufficiently aggrieved can exercise the courage of their conviction and pursue an action with confidence.
