The pizza bases are made in a bread maker (I'm almost ashamed to admit), but you could also just knead them yourself. The recipe is 450g Wholemeal Bakers Flour, 1 tsp yeast, 350ml water, 1 tbl olive oil, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt and it makes two large pizza bases.
Knead for 10 minutes, then split into two balls and leave to rise for 20 minutes, then roll out into two bases and leave to rise for another 15 minutes.
