Oh my - I have that book. I started to read and do the exercises and loved it. And I was so determined to keep working with it. But something happened and I stopped... I'll search for my copy tonight, thanks for reminding me!

I totally feel the same way about my 'art' or the little things I make. It kills me to think how much time I waste(d) doing the wrong things because I was/am too scared to follow my heart. You know what they say - it's never too late... I hope they are right.
