I agree with Logan---his name looks like a smiley bear.

I took a look at Logan's info card and thought it was a awesomely drawn face, then I found out it was his name....how cool is that?! And the pages on yours...poor book, at least it had a hard life before its end. And it lives on in really cool cards.

Poor book has brittle pages that almost break as you turn them so it's better to live on as something else with a good spritz of the archival anti-acid stuff for longevity's sake.

these are really really beautiful! i love your idea of using old books to create art!! by the way...thank you so much for stopping by by blog...i'll come over and visit you every once in awile

Fantastic cards and I was sure it was a face before I got that it was a name...but the furry Valentine made me smile.

all adorable!

okay, now I regret being such a ummm...kitty-kat and pulling out of this.

I've heard the term "joss papers" several times this week--so what are they, exactly?

And for our little secret side swap, please do whatever moves u--no theme necessary. And if not moved in any particular direction--don't worry--I think I owe ya one! #1 is yours!

oh, and I also regret my kid not participating.
rats!

ahem miss smartypants, they are all gorgeous. I really love the boys' cards, what a great way to have them do them. I'm really excited to see what everyone else has done!

They are all great (my son definitely would have made Transformer valentine's back in the day) - and I love the backs, too.
