I am also "pre-collecting" for my swag contributions. Although all I've done so far is collect 5 envelopes and lay them on the bottom stair to be carried up on the next trip! Your book looks great from here

so sorry to hear about poor Caleb! Yeah, that nebulizer is a pain--my boy is on it everyday and has been pretty much since birth. That was always fun--try entertaining a baby with that thing on for 5-10 minutes. We find that a good video helps immensely. Since I took him out of school it hasn't been nearly as bad as last year. And for all that dust mite stuff--I went through all that too with hubby--oy!
Hopefully yours and mine will grow out of it though, eh?
And don't get too frazzled about the paperbag thing---I'm afraid it's getting way too serious--myself included.
