You'd definitely need to wear a solid top with it and not a straight skirt or a really full skirt.

Depends on who for. For Molly, not too busy. For you, depends on the style of skirt and what you're wearing with it. It's pretty awesome fabric though!

I love Mary's idea, but I think I do one with just a bit more drape. The fabric is lovely -- if it were chilly you could make it mid-calf and wear it with a big oversize sweater.
