Bill, next time he drops by, please tell him that the law is the law. When he runs into trouble, he can be confident the system will work for him if he's innocent. They might mess him up a little to teach the other comsymps a lesson, but he has to hold on to that famous temper of his. It's vital that he keeps his martial arts skills in check.

On another note, if you are truly interested in this type of law you should read up on the RICO statutes and what powers they use to take down "organized crime"...you might be surprised what your government has been doing all these years before the aptly named Patriot Act was employed.
The absence of remarks on your dimbulb internet style is not evidence of absence of notice. It's disgraceful that you think your every personality disaster must be noted. RealityCheck, you saw something about RICO on television. Fine. Good for you. There, does that make you happy? I know that you think you know a little about it now. That still doesn't make you a peer or a colleague and most of all, it doesn't make you anyone to be taken seriously. The odds are high you came away from the show with a partially supportable opinion which has since become a fantasy.
